When I was young, every summer Saturday was spent playing soccer at a local park. The typical game consisted of me crouched at the edge of a nearby canal peering at the minnows just below the surface. I loved sports, I just had priorities. As I grew up, those priorities turned into three majors in Marine Science, Biology, and Ecosystem Science and Policy.
Eventually I plan on turning these majors into a science writing career, bringing the latest in scientific discoveries to the general public. I hope to translate dry, scientific writing into works of creative nonfiction that have the ability to educate and entertain.
Follow me on this journey as I learn, travel, and read my way through the natural world around us.
